Fine Italian and Creole cuisine is what Tommy’s Cuisine is all about.
Tommy’s Cuisine has an old Italian family vibe with an upscale, white tablecloth aesthetic. From the impeccable table settings to the fine decorations, none of the details have been overlooked.
Consider starting your evening off with some fresh oysters — when in Rome, right? But Tommy’s isn’t just shucking up oysters and leaving it at that. Try the Oyster Tommy, which are oysters baked with romano cheese, pancetta and roasted red peppers — can we make a meal of just these?
If you come in asking for the favorites on the menu, you might not get the answer you are looking for. Kayla, the Hospitality Coordinator for Creole Cuisine, spoke to us about Tommy’s.
“Everyone has a different favorite. The food is all just so good. The whole menu is favorites.”
So, since we’re working with nothing but favorites, you can put your menu anxiety to rest. However, there are some dishes worth highlighting. The geographically appropriate Duck Tchoupitoulas features half duck piled high and roasted, glazed with a raspberry reduction. The duck is served with wild rice, spinach, toasted pecans and bacon.
Looking to stay in the ocean for your entree? The Fish Capri features local catch sauteed and topped with jumbo lump crabmeat, crawfish, capers and artichokes all in a in a beurre blanc sauce. Talk about Louisiana on a plate!
Tommy’s Cuisine also has an extensive wine selection. Not sure which wine would pair best with your meal? The team at Tommy’s Cuisine will help guide you down the right path — shout out to Sam!
